Focusing on responding to customer needs, the Party Branch leads the marketing team in setting up a bi-weekly customer meeting mechanism. By forming project teams, this approach enables effective task breakdown and implementation, cross-departmental collaboration to tackle challenging issues, and data-driven feedback and optimization—all critical functions. Key Party member backbones take the lead in providing on-site services, ensuring real-time alignment with customer demands and swift problem resolution, thereby guaranteeing “seamless” customer service. At the same time, the branch implements the “Four-Synchronization Work Method” (synchronizing demand alignment, process R&D, production line upgrades, and quality control). In 2024, this approach helped the company’s partner customers achieve an 86% year-on-year increase in OEM processing sales. Focusing on expanding new growth areas, the branch keenly captures international market opportunities. By establishing specialized Party member task forces and adopting a dual-pronged strategy of “technology plus market,” it has developed special product formulations tailored to the climate of Southeast Asia, successfully launching two new projects and opening the door to the Southeast Asian market.

The Xixi Aier Party branch has actively explored a working model in which branch committee members lead projects, Party members lead work teams, and experienced mentors guide apprentices. By setting benchmarks for efficiency, quality, and safety, the branch has forged a team of pioneering production lines. Members of the branch committee, drawing on their respective areas of responsibility, have focused on addressing core challenges such as production-line efficiency, quality, and costs. By pooling project resources and tackling specific pain points—such as the sealing process for makeup remover creams—they successfully upgraded the sealing equipment to fully automated operation, reducing the number of operators on the production line from seven to just one. This has resulted in annual cost savings of approximately 380,000 yuan and significantly boosted both production efficiency and the level of智能化 (smart technology). The "leaders" of work teams are Party members who, aligned with the standards of the pioneering production lines, have formed "emergency supply assault teams." These teams, characterized by high standards and high efficiency, have undertaken continuous 72-hour攻关 efforts, improving the production process of stand-up pouches in the main workshop and introducing an innovative "parallel dual-can filling method," which has increased production efficiency by 100% and ensured timely delivery of urgent orders. Furthermore, the branch has invited Party member cadres—who possess critical technical expertise within the production lines—to serve as "mentors," pairing them with new employees in a "one-on-one" mentoring relationship. This approach has markedly enhanced the skill levels of all production-line personnel, ensuring that the entire production line remains consistently stable and highly efficient.

The Xixi Aier Party Branch focuses on addressing service pain points, difficulties, and enterprise needs. Through in-depth research and brainstorming, it has comprehensively implemented initiatives such as the “Dedicated Hotline for Party Members” and the “Rationalization Proposals and Golden Ideas” campaign. The “Dedicated Hotline for Party Members” has been integrated into traditional volunteer service programs during key periods like “618” and “Double 11,” ensuring that customer feedback and requests receive timely responses. During periods of sharply increased order volumes, all party members and management staff were mobilized to form specialized teams working in three-shift rotations. These teams were carefully selected and grouped based on personnel’s technical skills and job characteristics, assisting with emergency maintenance of production-line equipment, providing guidance on process optimization, conducting material inventories, verifying order information, and compiling production data—thus supporting frontline production and making every effort to ensure 100% fulfillment of orders. By leveraging the “Golden Ideas” initiative, the branch gathers collective wisdom and encourages party members to take the lead in driving efficiency gains and cost reductions, thereby enhancing employee cohesion and corporate responsibility. In 2024, party members and non-party members jointly submitted 31 rationalization proposals, helping the company save approximately 2.1 million yuan in costs through energy conservation, consumption reduction, and continuous improvement efforts.
