Shanghai CAL(Qi Dong)Daily ChemicalCo., Ltd. is a state- owned subsidiary of Shanghai CAL Aerosol Propellant & Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (the above two companies are hereinafter referred to as SCAL). A one-stop daily chemical product service provider integrating design and manufacturing.
In December 1995, SCAL was established in Shanghai, jointly invested and constructed by CCL Group of Canada, DCPC of the United States and Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone New Development Co., Ltd. of China. In 2002, the foreign investor of SCAL transferred its shares to the New Development Company, and the company was restructured into a state-controlled limited liability company.

Invested by CCL (Canada), DCPC (USA) and Xin Development (China)
In 2001, Shanghai Manufacturing Base was independently held by Xin Development.
In 2017, Shanghai Manufacturing Base closed down.
Qidong Manufacturing Base
Business license: November 17, 2014
Total investment: CNY 330 million
In 2015, Qidong Manufacturing Base began operations.
In 2016, all businessesin Shanghai Manufacturing Base were transferred to Qidong Manufacturing Base.
